Trachycarpus palm — Mg + K + micro foliar (vegetative, alkaline-soil compensation)

Zone: Trachycarpus palm — windmill palm (in ground) · Stage: vegetative

Provide Mg + K (via Quadro-K) + trace boost + uptake biology. K addresses lab deficiency directly. Same recipe used for soil drench at higher Quadro-K rate for ongoing K + S supply.

Products (8)

#ProductmL/LRole
1Base-Line2.0fulvic gel — chelator + mild acidifier
2Topraq-Mg3.0Mg — chlorophyll, supports K function
3Topraq-Micro1.5Multi-micro preventive (Zn just-OK in lab)
4Quadro-K (Doktor Tarsa, DRT)2.0K — 610 ppm K in tank; addresses lab K 53 ppm; thiosulfate also slowly acidifies soil over time
5Topraq-B0.6B — supports K transport + cell wall (low dose ~12 drops/L)
6Fast-Line1.5Carboxylic acid — uptake + drops tank pH (essential for alkaline soil)
7Alga-Line2.0Chlorella biostimulant
8Bacto-Line1.5Bacillus shield — LAST in tank, apply within 4h

Intentionally excluded

KCl — DO NOT — soil Na 379 ppm dangerous. KCl adds Cl to a salinity problem.
MKP — DO NOT — soil P 168 lbs/A EXTREME. MKP would worsen P excess.
topraq-ca — Sulfates + thiosulfate (Quadro-K) in tank — Ca would precipitate. Plus soil already at Ca 583 + Na 379, Ca foliar wouldn't help.
topraq-co — Specialty use, not indicated.
topraq-cu — Cu adequate per lab (0.83 ppm); kills Bacto-Line.
topraq-fe — Fe adequate per lab (85 ppm).
topraq-mn — Mn adequate per lab (8.4).
topraq-mo — Specialty use, not indicated.
topraq-zn — Zn just-OK per lab (0.86); Topraq-Micro covers.

Total ~14.1 mL/L (~1.4% v/v). 10 L backpack uses: 20 mL Quadro-K + 30 mL Mg + 15 mL Micro + 6 mL B + 15 mL Fast-Line + 20 mL Alga + 15 mL Bacto + 20 mL Base-Line = 141 mL total products. Apply morning, frond canopy + underside priority. Replaces the earlier Mg-micro-only recipe — now addresses the root-cause K deficiency too.
